The warranty manager works closely with a select group of trades who helped build the new home to come back at 45 days and again at 11 months. Our G-Team not only inspects their own work and addresses any warrantable items, they also provide education on how to maintain your home for optimal performance. Here’s a highlight reel of day 1 responsibilities: You have some experience in home building field, so you’re ready to learn the foundation of Garman and our processes to set you up for success out in the field. A perfectly executed schedule between homeowners and trade partners can be difficult to achieve, but that level of dedication and detail is exactly what you strive for every day. Meeting with homeowners to listen, educate and execute, while sharing the joy and excitement with each of them as they get acquainted with their new Garman Home. Relationships are key

You know how to communicate and get everyone’s Best Work. Maintaining budgets, holding trade partners accountable and proactively solving potential issues. Working closely with your fellow construction managers to identify and prevent further issues along the construction process. Who are we looking for? The ideal person in this role loves a challenging, fast-paced work environment and gets excited to meet deadlines and exceed expectations. They are self-sufficient and never underestimate a good double (or triple) check behind their own work. You communicate efficiently & effectively. You can read floor plans, truss drawings and plot plans like nobody’s business. You juggle projects, prioritize your workload and work effectively to get the job done day in and day out. You have a kind heart, an open mind, and lead with gratitude and humility.
