Requirements:

 10+ Years as a Construction Superintendent with good experience on Multifamily projects With 50+ years in business, we are a 300 person General contractor and have a wide range of construction projects primarily in the multifamily space. We are currently hiring for an experienced Senior Superintendent with a heavy focus in multifamily projects. Our projects range anywhere from $5 million to $80+ million. This person should have a strong background in wood frame builds exceeding $20M. Benefits Competitive Salary ($150k•180k)
