If you are a Superindent and interested in thisrole, please apply or reach out to Ryan Blake at 617-933-6535 .Description The Senior Superintendent•Commercial Construction•Raleigh will be responsible for: Meeting weekly and communicatingdaily with subcontractors to assess project progress, schedule,changes and deliveries. Managing the site through completion.

Proactively identifying design deficiencies, schedule concerns, andother project specific issues. Attaining a thorough and completeunderstanding of the Prime Contract, all subcontracts, thedrawings, and specifications. Enforcing safety protocols to ensurejob site consistently meets or exceeds OSHA safety standards.

Maintaining appropriate documentation throughout the projectincluding change order logs, RFI logs, and submittal lots.

Communicating daily with owners, tenant reps, constructionmanagers, superintendents and project coordinators to ensureprogress toward the common goal is achieved. Profile The SeniorSuperintendent•Commercial Construction•Raleigh will have: 8years of construction Project Manager experience with a generalcontractor is required Experience on ground-up education,healthcare, and/or commercial construction projects is requiredBachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering orrelevant degree preferred Applicable Project Management Softwareexperience preferred Developed thorough understanding of corporateand industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impacton project success Maintains good communication and interpersonalskills to interact with anyone from clients to subcontractors Mustbe a business-oriented person and act professionally whenrepresenting the employer at any level Local to Raleigh preferred,though relocators will be considered Job Offer The SeniorSuperintendent•Commercial Construction•Raleigh will receive:
