Your new role Manage daily site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Coordinate subcontractors, labor, and materials to meet project deadlines. Oversee inspections and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards. Maintain project documentation, including schedules and reports. Problem-solve construction challenges and ensure smooth workflow. What you’ll need to succeed Proven experience as a Superintendent in Tilt-Up construction projects. Strong knowledge of warehouse construction and structural concrete techniques. Ability to lead and oversee job site operations, ensuring timely completion. Proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination. Excellent communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders, vendors, and teams.
