This role is based in the Raleigh area and is responsible for managing multiple job sites, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and delivering homes on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all phases of construction for multiple single-family homes built on customer-owned lots throughout the Raleigh area. Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors to ensure timely project completion. Maintain strict adherence to the construction schedule and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and address any on-site issues promptly. Communicate proactively with homeowners, sales, and internal teams to provide updates and manage expectations. Manage job site budgets and minimize waste while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship. Document job progress and maintain accurate records for each project. Resolve conflicts and problems with professionalism and urgency.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in residential construction supervision, preferably in Build On Your Lot or scattered-site building. Strong knowledge of residential building systems, local building codes, and construction sequencing. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and on budget. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Proficiency in construction management software and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling tools). Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with permitting processes in Wake County and surrounding jurisdictions. Experience working directly with homeowners throughout the construction process. OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus.
