Required Skills Experience:
Experience overseeing ground-up and/or renovation projects valued at $20 Million+ including K-12, Higher Ed, lab, church, parking garage, healthcare or multifamily projects. A team-oriented attitude with a willingness and desire to manage a high performing construction team. 8+ Years of experience managing construction projects as an Assistant and or Lead Superintendent within the commercial construction industry.
