Your new company Are you an experienced Superintendent with expertise in healthcare facility construction? We’re seeking a skilled leader with proven experience in managing ground-up hospitals, medical offices, and healthcare renovations. If you’re passionate about delivering high-quality healthcare environments that support patient care and medical advancements, this is the opportunity for you! Your new role ✅ Oversee all aspects of healthcare construction projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets. ✅ Manage subcontractors, site crews, and project scheduling for seamless execution. ✅ Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control protocols, and safety standards. ✅ Maintain strong communication with hospital administrators, facility managers, and design teams. What you’ll need to succeed Proven experience in ground-up construction and renovations of healthcare facilities. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills to navigate complex projects. Knowledge of healthcare-specific building codes, safety, and infection control requirements. Must be based in the Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill area and available for on-site project management.
