$110K Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for delivering high-quality commercial concrete projects? We’re looking for a seasoned Superintendent to join our team in Raleigh, overseeing the successful execution of commercial concrete jobs from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations on commercial concrete projects (slabs, tilt-up, foundations, parking decks, etc.)
• Supervise crews and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to spec
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and inspectors to maintain project quality and schedule
• Monitor materials, equipment, and labor needs across the site
• Enforce company safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations

Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial concrete projects (5+ years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of formwork systems, finishing techniques, and concrete placement procedures
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
