We are seeking an experienced Superintendent - Concrete to oversee our concrete projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the execution of concrete works, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise all concrete operations on concrete + residential projects
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Schedule and manage workforce and resources effectively
Perform regular inspections of work sites and maintain accurate records of work progress
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status Qualifications Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques, including slabs and foundations
Experience in self-performing concrete work preferred
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is a plus
