Position Summary:

We are looking for an Electrical Superintendent to oversee large-scale electrical projects. This role involves managing crews, ensuring quality control, enforcing safety standards, and coordinating with project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all electrical work on job sites, ensuring adherence to blueprints and specifications. Supervise foremen, electricians, and subcontractors, ensuring productivity and efficiency. Develop and enforce project schedules and work plans. Ensure all work meets industry codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Conduct site inspections, manage risks, and implement safety protocols. Collaborate with project managers, clients, and engineers to ensure project success. Manage budgets, labor resources, and material procurement.

Qualifications:

8+ years of electrical construction experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of NEC codes, safety standards, and construction best practices. Ability to manage multiple projects and lead large teams. Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and blueprints. Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$80,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
