Your new role Oversee daily site operations for commercial construction projects. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams. Enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulations. Manage scheduling, materials, and workforce logistics. Provide leadership and mentorship to site personnel. What you’ll need to succeed Proven experience in ground-up commercial construction. Strong leadership and project management skills. Ability to travel across North Carolina as required. Knowledge of construction safety standards and best practices. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
