Job Description

Your new company Hays are seeking a skilled and experienced Superintendent to oversee senior living construction projects in Raleigh. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the unique requirements of senior living facilities and a proven ability to lead construction teams to successful project completion. Your new role Manage all aspects of senior living construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timeliness. Oversee on-site operations, including scheduling, progress tracking, and problem-solving. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to meet project goals. Ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address challenges as they arise. Provide leadership and direction to construction teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Coordinate project resources effectively to achieve project milestones within budget. Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and resolve any concerns. Maintain accurate project documentation, including logs, schedules, and reports. What you’ll need to succeed Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent, with a focus on senior living or similar projects. Strong understanding of the specific needs and regulations related to senior living facilities. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Proficient in reading and interpreting construction blueprints and specifications. Familiarity with construction project management software and tools. Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency on all projects. Valid driver’s license.
