• Raleigh will be responsiblefor: Supervise the daily construction activities and qualitycontrol of all subcontractors.

Supervise the coordination of fieldefforts between trades to achieve a timely and profitablecompletion in strict accordance with contract documents andspecifications, law and safety requirements. Effectivelycommunicate relevant project information to superiors. Attendweekly subcontractor and owner/architect meetings. Monitor sitesafety protocols. Track manpower and complete daily reports. Assistwith quality control oversight. Assist with field office documentcontrol. Assist with creating look-ahead schedules. Monitor andtrack site deliveries. Verify all materials, equipment, andinstallation are in compliance with approved submittals andcontract documents.
