The Wastewater Plant Construction Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects related to wastewater treatment facilities.
This role is crucial for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while also complying with environmental regulations and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities Manage the overall construction process of wastewater treatment plants from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and upper management.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Oversee the procurement of materials and services needed for construction projects.
Ensure adherence to all relevant environmental regulations and industry standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the wastewater or construction industry.
Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects, preferably in wastewater treatment plants.
Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and construction techniques.
Experience with project management software and tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
