Project Management:

Lead and oversee the execution of multiple construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and provide guidance to project managers, superintendents, and field staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Quality Assurance:

Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure workmanship and materials meet Andrew Roby’s high standards and client expectations.

Safety Compliance:

Maintain a strong commitment to safety protocols and regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.

Client Communication:

Act as a primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Resource Management:

Coordinate and manage project resources, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors, optimizing productivity and efficiency.

Problem Solving:

Proactively identify potential issues or challenges and develop effective solutions to keep projects on track and within established parameters.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress reports for each project, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Extensive experience in high-end residential construction, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects as a superintendent or similar leadership role.

Leadership Skills:

Strong leadership and management capabilities, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and lead a team toward project goals.

Technical Knowledge:

In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, codes, and regulations, coupled with a solid understanding of architectural and engineering drawings.

Communication:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at fostering positive relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

Problem Solver:

Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling challenges that may arise during construction.

Organizational Skills:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).

Relevant Certifications:
