Responsible for dailysupervision and functioning of two or more construction projectand/or two or more crews on a construction project.

Principalduties and Responsibilities:

Field verifying location and nature ofwork being performed by putting eyes on the project. Confirmquality of work being done and quantity done at the end of eachday. Responsible for maintaining acceptable performance standardsand metrics of crew working on project. Maintain contract schedule.

Responsible for all administrative functions necessary to documentwork including but not limited to ordering and tracking ofsupplies, billing, hours, safety documents, etc. Ensure safetypractices and procedures are being followed at all times. Performother related work as assigned using available resources to achieveestablished goals.

Position Requirements:

High School Diploma Havethe ability to complete assignments with no supervision andself-direct daily activities Organized and motivated to provideproject support as directed Conscientious professional who has apleasant phone manner and excellent organizational skills 1-3 yearsprevious Construction experience in the field Proficient inMicrosoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel and OutlookAbility to handle multiple tasks (This is not a complete listing ofall duties and responsibilities.
