⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Sitework Foreman compensation: Commensurate with experience employment type: job title: Sitework Foreman Andrews Construction Co., Inc. is currently seeking an experienced individual for a sitework foreperson position. Minimum 5 years of experience running sitework jobs from small residential to larger commercial jobs. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Supervise/oversee crews of 5 – 15 or multiple crews
- Assigns work tasks and direct field crews
- Complete all daily/weekly paperwork, material tracking and other job paperwork as required
- Communicate with project manager with regards to ordering materials, subcontractors and change orders
- Monitor subcontractor progress
- Oversee jobsite safety
- Able to recognize, and respond proactively to, differing site conditions, unanticipated conditions, and other unforeseen challenges Ability to layout with GPS, Top Con GPS experience preferred.
