Client Details Founded in 1962, this well-established constructionfirm based in Hanover, MA has built a strong reputation fordelivering high-quality projects and maintaining a family-orientedcompany culture. With approximately 35-40 employees and plans togrow, the company is currently doing $50M-$60M in annual revenue,and had about $80M in their project pipeline for 2023. In 2022,they completed $55M worth of work and continue to maintain ahealthy backlog, including an upcoming $9M private project inWalpole, MA and several other projects south and west of Boston.

The company bids on a wide range of public and private sector work,including schools, DPWs, police and fire stations, town halls,commercial buildings, and historical renovations. Description TheSuperintendent will be responsible for: Oversee daily constructionsite operations to ensure project timelines and safety standardsare met. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, laborers, andsite staff to maintain productivity and quality. Communicateproject status, issues, and updates to project managers andstakeholders. Enforce compliance with local building codes,regulations, and safety protocols (e.g., OSHA). Inspect workprogress and ensure construction is completed according to designspecifications and blueprints. Schedule and manage deliveries ofmaterials and equipment to avoid project delays. Identify andresolve onsite issues quickly to minimize disruptions and costoverruns. Maintain accurate project documentation, including dailyreports, inspection logs, and change orders. Collaborate withengineers, architects, and inspectors to ensure alignment withtechnical requirements. Monitor and control project costs to staywithin budget while maintaining quality standards.

Profile Thesuccesful candidate will have:

10 years of experience as aSuperintendent in public construction Strong background inGround-Up municipal projects such as Town Halls, Fire Stations,Police Departments, DPWs, and Libraries Proven track recorddelivering projects in the $15M-$35M range Skilled in Critical PathMethod scheduling and focused on schedule accuracy and projectdelivery Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and ProcoreTech-forward and comfortable using modern construction managementtools Job Offer 401K 10% match (Way above industry standard) $80Min their pipeline for 2023 and did about $55M in business in 2022.100% employer paid healthcare for employee plus family Taking pridein their product they produce, keeping their staff driven and welltaken care of.
