Construction Project Manager Hutter Construction Corp. 810 Turnpike Road, New Ipswich, NH Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Provide management oversight for all phases of the construction project, including coordinating resources, materials, and equipment.
• Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and other managerial aspects of project.
• Select, contract and coordinate subcontractors needed for project.
• Consults with clients and company representatives to facilitate project development and design.
• Develops, tracks and controls construction schedule and associated costs to achieve completion of project within time and monies allocated.
