Construction – Site Representative 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars Merrimack, NH 03054 ROI is currently collaborating with a general contractor on their search for a Working Site Representative/Construction Superintendent in the Thomaston, ME area. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced construction professionals to gain valuable experience.

Position Responsibilities:

Report daily findings and progress to senior leadership. Provide oversight and direction to the field crews. Scheduling material deliveries. Basic carpentry skills including making cuts, hanging drywall, etc. Ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

5 -10+ years of experience within commercial/multi-unit construction. Retail and/or restaurant experience is a plus. Strong proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office Suite, and computer tablets. Ability to read construction plans and documents.

Pay Range:
