Education Supervisor 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars Greenfield, NH 03047 Join a dedicated team at Crotched Mountain School (CMS), a program of Seven Hills New Hampshire — a unique residential and day program serving children and young adults (up to age 22) with neurodevelopmental disabilities. We’re looking for a compassionate, skilled Occupational Therapist ready to make a meaningful difference every day.

Responsibilities:
Supervise Paraeducator I and II staff during school hours Ensure student safety, dignity, and engagement in a therapeutic learning environment Oversee implementation of behavior support plans and Safety Care practices Manage daily staff schedules and ensure required staffing ratios Support staff training, performance evaluations, and coaching Act as campus “in-charge” during assigned shifts, including school closures or holidays Communicate student needs to appropriate staff and advocate for individualized supports Distribute prescribed medications as trained and authorized Respond appropriately to crises and maintain a calm, structured atmosphere Complete all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner Education/Experience (one of the following): Bachelor’s degree + 1 year of human services experience Associate’s degree + 2 years of human services experience High School Diploma/GED + 4 years of human services experience Supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred Valid driver’s license (Class C or D) required Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills Ability to remain alert, calm, and professional at all times Must pass background checks and complete all required training What We Offer A meaningful, mission-driven role making a real difference Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunities for growth and ongoing professional development Beautiful campus and safe work environment Competitive pay and benefits package (details shared upon application)
