Responsibilities:
Materials Management:
Order and efficiently manage materials for each renovation project, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
Contractor Communication:
Communicate with contractors, obtain bids, and coordinate their work schedules to ensure timely project completion.
On-Site Inspections:
Travel within an hour of Bedford on a weekly basis to visit job sites, inspect progress, and address any issues that may arise.
Office Work:
Spend half of your workweek in the office, handling administrative tasks, scheduling, and project planning.
Qualifications:
Organizational skills are essential. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel within an hour of Bedford. General knowledge of the real estate renovation and house flipping industry is a must. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in project management or a related field is advantageous.
