Retail Construction Superintendent Hutter Construction Corp. 810 Turnpike Road, New Ipswich, NH Retail Construction Superintendent Hutter Construction is looking for reliable, accountable and highly motivated Retail Construction Superintendents to join our company. Do you gain satisfaction by being good at what you do and putting in a solid day’s work? We are a General Contractor based in New Hampshire that builds various projects including: hospitals, schools, municipal projects, multi family apartments as well as retail construction and remodeling. We are seeking Superintendents with retail construction experience to join our team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
- Supervise onsite personnel, vendors and subcontractors.
- Interface with project managers, inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city officials and clients.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
- Previous relevant experience: tenant fit ups, remodels and additions.
