Residential Construction Project Manager Haron Corp Chichester, NH 03258 Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional time management abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of residential construction processes. This role requires proficiency in project management software and tools, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities Lead and manage residential construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Sitework construction knowledge is a plus. Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Develop detailed project schedules using tools such as MS Project Review blueprints and construction documents for accuracy and feasibility. Utilize software for project documentation and communication. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Prepare and present project updates to clients and upper management. Manage project estimating processes to ensure accurate budgeting and resource allocation. Requirements Proven experience in construction management or a related field. Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices. Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings effectively. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams. Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and scheduling.
