Site Manager NG Advantage Pembroke, NH Job Details Full-time $75,000 – $100,000 a year 1 day ago Qualifications Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook 5 years Mid-level Microsoft Office Trade school Associate’s degree Full Job Description The Site Manager is a skilled maintenance technician who can ensure the safety of our operations, trailers, and customers by performing inspections and repairs of all equipment including natural gas compressors, dryers, gas dispensers, control panels, valves, piping, wiring, electrical system, high-pressure gas systems, pneumatics, offloading stations, and related equipment. In addition, this position performs managerial tasks such supervising/mentoring a direct report, budgeting, managing inventories and overseeing third party contractors. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Hands-on maintenance of a high-pressure natural gas compression station, off-loading stations, transportation trailers and related equipment Review and analyze operational data to ensure efficiently fill trailers and customer off-loading stations Position requires after-hours and on-call responsibilities on a rotating basis once initial training completed Regional travel (within several hours drive) is required as necessary using company vehicle Supervises one direct report Acts as a role model and develops the skills, knowledge and abilities of direct reports Qualifications Associate’s degree or higher from two-year college or technical school Five years’ experience/training maintaining heavy equipment, industrial compressors, and related equipment Ability to take responsibility and work independently Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to read and comprehend equipment manuals and mechanical drawings, wiring, and control diagrams
