Site Superintendent Position Available In Merrimack, New Hampshire

Site Superintendent RBE LLC Concord, NH 03301 Fast growing General Contractor looking for experienced Site Superintendent to lead Multi-Family renovation projects located throughout the East Coast. Candidates must be willing to travel.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation of work plan
• Ensure adherence of site safety standards and document discrepancies if necessary
• Supervise on site personnel and subcontractors
• Interface/coordinate with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city/county officials and clients
• Negotiate with Contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and adhere to plans and specifications.

Qualifications:

• Multi-family renovation experience is a must
• Tenant in place renovation experience preferred
• 5-10 yrs experience as a site superintendent leading large Multi-Family renovations
• Strong leadership skills
• OSHA 30-Deadline/Schedule driven
• Strong negotiation skills-Ability to adhere to budgets and strict scopes of work
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory
• Willingness to travel (daily, and for short/long-term travel assignments)
• Computer proficiency is a

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with strict attention to detail
• Self motivated, strong work ethic, ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
• Ability to process requests quickly and efficiently
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in an extremely fast work environment
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to write and speak English (preferable if candidates are bilingual)
