The Electrical Superintendent will oversee electrical construction projects, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. This role requires a strong leader who can coordinate between contractors, inspectors, and project managers while ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage electrical construction projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
Review project plans and specifications to determine layout and installation requirements.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes during all phases of construction.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of work sites to monitor progress and quality.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports and change orders.
Provide technical guidance and support to electricians and other staff on-site. Qualifications Journeyman certification in electrical work or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent or similar role in commercial and industrial construction.
Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
