Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to work at our company headquarters office in Rochester, NH with the following superpower traits! Our Project Coordinatorsstrive for excellence and are responsible for building our brand through quality customer interactions, developing relationships with potential clients through the estimation process, and helping Groen leadership close the deal and manage the project. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of success in construction, project coordination, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay range: $60,000 – $75,000 Pay based on experience Bonus opportunities Health insurance options Paid time off Paid holidays Professional development assistance Family focused work environment Responsibilities include: Provide technical and administrative support to the project manager(s) and team. Organize and expedite flow of work through the supervisor’s office and/or administrative department. Serve as a resource regarding Groen policies and procedures in the resolution of moderate to complex issues. Coordinate and support the processing and approval of construction change documentation including change directives, change orders, and other documents. Compose and produce a variety of business correspondence, reports, and/or forms, and related materials or guide the work of other staff that produce these materials. Assist in submittal procedures, RFI’s procedures, and monthly invoices. Review budgets with project managers, prepare and submit correction reports/notes. Interact with the accounting department to provide information and resolve issues. Support the bid management and plans/specs process. Support project team with administrative tasks.

Qualifications include:

High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) 4 year College Degree preferred 5+ years or administrative project management/coordination or a similar role within the construction industry preferred Proficiency in project management software systems. Experience with Sage and/or Procore software preferred. Solid data-entry, organization, and verbal/written communication skills. Ability to move from concept to finished documentation independently. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office. Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as requested. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Understanding project drawings and specifications preferred.
