Job Goal:
This position will coordinate substitutes in their building.
Hiring & Training:
Review applications, conduct interviews, perform reference checks, and train incoming substitute teachers.
Scheduling & Supervision:
Coordinate substitute teachers within the building, ensuring smooth operations. Filling in as a substitute as needed.
Assumes responsibility, when available for overseeing pupil behavior in class, and other assigned periods (study halls, lunchroom, Core etc.) Communication is key between building staff and supervisor. Exchange report/timecard to SAU weekly. Single medical benefit offered with this position.
