Candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to: Communicate with Project Managers to plan, organize, and control projects; supervise sub-contractors and crew members Read and analyze blueprints and recommend changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency Maintain and submit accurate daily reports in a timely manner Maintain an accurate record of construction employee attendance using time tracking applications Track and report installed contract quantities using Microsoft Excel Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards and following and enforcing standards and procedures Educate site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol. Demonstrate excellent organization, planning and problem solving skills to prioritize and balance work Effectively lead others in the completion of a schedule Use computers to communicate by email using Microsoft Outlook, manipulate spreadsheets, complete daily reports and approve payroll hours for crew members Have a working knowledge of construction tools and equipment, including GPS equipment and grade control systems The ability to work alongside crew members, when necessary, to meet project goals Competitive Salary J.P.
