Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH COMMERCIAL PROJECTS

• Must be proficient in computers
• Minimum 3-5 years experience as a general construction project engineer (project sizes from $250K to 10mil)
• Experienced in ground ups, renovation and site development construction
• Ability to effectively read, interpret, implement & explain project documents (soils reports, specifications, civil plans, architectural, structural, MEP plans, etc)
• Able to understand and perform basic civil engineering practices (basic layout, computing elevations, shooting elevations, placement verifications, etc)
• Able to properly document daily activities, subcontractor manpower, scheduling, problem resolution, call logs, owner visits, change orders, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Outlook, Excel, Word, etc
• Ability to effectively interact with management team and contribute towards a common goal.
