The Senior Superintendent

• PA/NJ localwill oversee all on-site operations for large scale ground up woodframe multifamily construction projects, ensuring quality, safety,and timely delivery.

This role is integral in coordinating crews,subcontractors, and vendors while managing the day-to-day progressof projects from inception to completion. • will: Oversee daily operations onmultifamily construction sites, ensuring projects run smoothly andare completed on time and within budget.

Manage and supervise fieldstaff, subcontractors, and vendors, providing leadership anddirection to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Ensurecompliance with building codes, safety regulations, and companypolicies. Review and interpret blueprints, construction drawings,and specifications. Develop and manage project schedules, ensuringtimely completion of each phase of construction. Monitor projectbudgets and assist in cost tracking and forecasting. Conductregular site inspections to ensure construction quality, safety,and adherence to design specifications. Act as the primary point ofcontact between the project team, client, and subcontractors.

Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise and makedecisions to keep the project moving forward. Provide detailedreports on progress, potential risks, and delays to seniormanagement. Profile The Senior Superintendent

• 15 years of constructionsuperintendent experience
• Must have experience building ground upwood frame multifamily projects of at least $50M
• OSHAcertification preferred
