https://eldonbuilders.com/ What You’ll Do Assist in preparing estimates, takeoffs, and bid packages for residential construction projects Coordinate subcontractor and vendor communication to ensure timely pricing and scheduling Act as a key liaison between the field and office-ensuring Owners, Supers, and Office Staff are aligned Track bid due dates, RFIs, and proposal status across multiple projects Support project kickoff documentation, permitting, and handoff processes Help maintain job schedules, change order logs, and project files Represent the company with professionalism when communicating with clients and trade partners What You Bring 1-3+ years in residential construction, estimating, or project coordination Strong understanding of construction documents, takeoffs, and bidding Excellent communication and organization skills Coachable, proactive, solutions-driven professional with a team player attitude! Tech-savvy with comfort using Excel, Google Workspace, and (ideally) construction software like BuilderTrend or CoConstruct (Ressio is a plus!)
