Rodak Builders is a fast growing developer specializing in high end, single family homes in the Livingston, Short Hills, Millburn area. We are currently seeking site managers to oversee daily operations on site, ensuring quality and schedules are met and profitability is assured. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills: 2 years’ experience in renovation or construction field or equivalent experience working in relevant field preferred. Knowledge of general construction, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, tile, carpentry, building, etc. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-task, strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and quality. Possess good interpersonal skills and have a process improvement- oriented mindset. Must be computer literate in Excel (or spreadsheet software).
