Description TheAssistant Project Manager will:
Project Planning and Coordination:
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensurealignment on project goals and timelines.
Site Management:
Overseedaily operations on job sites, ensuring that work is performed tothe highest standards of quality and safety. Conduct regular siteinspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
ClientCommunication:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients,providing regular updates on project status and addressing anyconcerns. Foster strong relationships with clients to enhancecustomer satisfaction and retention.
Budget Management:
Prepare andmanage project budgets, ensuring that all costs are tracked andcontrolled. Approve and manage change orders as necessary.
QualityControl:
Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensureadherence to design specifications and building codes. Address anydeficiencies promptly and effectively. Profile The AssistantProject Manager should have: Bachelor’s degree in ConstructionManagement, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. 2years of experience in residential construction project management,with a focus on luxury single-family homes. Strong understanding ofconstruction methods, materials, and regulations. Proven ability tomanage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient inproject management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
