Job Description:

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for helping others and a knack for leading teams? MaxClean Restoration is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to oversee our water and fire mitigation projects, mold remediation, and occasional reconstruction efforts. As a Project Manager at MaxClean, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service, from the initial estimate to project completion.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage reconstruction projects from start to finish. Accurately estimate construction projects, ensuring all work is completed within budget and timeline. Supervise and motivate field teams, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards. Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, team members, and other stakeholders. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance. Provide excellent follow-up, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving any issues that arise. Prepare and present detailed project reports to management. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and contribute to the growth of the company.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the restoration industry.

Leadership:

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service. Attention to

Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of the project are handled with precision.

Problem-Solver:

Ability to think on your feet and tackle challenges head-on.

Self-Starter:
