Construction Project Manager S&S Professional Services LP Cedar Knolls, NJ Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, including estimating, scheduling, and contract management. Responsibilities Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Prepare and review project estimates, budgets, and schedules. Develop and maintain project schematics and blueprints for reference throughout the construction process. Utilize construction management software for tracking project progress and documentation. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations. Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations. Manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the construction process to minimize delays. Skills Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices. Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics. Experience with construction estimating techniques. Familiarity with Civil 3D software for design purposes is preferred. Competence in using Bluebeam for document management and collaboration. Excellent project coordination skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong leadership abilities with effective communication skills to manage teams effectively. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of organization.
