Superintendent (contract role) Job Description We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Superintendent to oversee the construction of a new building. This project involves the development of a 3500 square foot building shell. The timeline for this construction is aggressive, with a target completion within 120-150 days. Responsibilities Oversee the construction of the dental building, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines. Manage subcontractors to ensure efficient site work and retail site development. Maintain construction safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance throughout the project. Utilize Procore software for daily reporting and project management tasks. Act as the eyes and ears of the operation, ensuring all aspects of construction are proceeding as planned. Essential Skills Experience in site work and retail site development. OSHA 30 certification. Proficiency in Procore for construction management and reporting. Experience in construction management and supervision. Ability to oversee subcontractor management effectively. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in commercial construction and tenant improvement projects. Proven track record in site civil work and construction safety. Ability to be present on-site in Toms River, NJ for the duration of the project.
