Job Summary:
The Construction Site Superintendent will be responsible for managing and supervising all on-site construction activities outside of regular hours. This role ensures that project milestones are met, safety protocols are strictly followed, and quality standards are maintained.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all construction site activities during night and weekend shifts Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA and company regulations Monitor project progress and report updates to the Project Manager Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and inspections during off-hours Maintain detailed site logs and documentation Quickly respond to and resolve any issues or emergencies on site Secure the job site and equipment at the end of each shift
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Construction Site Superintendent or Foreman Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Willingness to work nights and weekends consistently OSHA 30 certification preferred Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
