Candidate will ensure compliance with DDD standards and procedures, and coordinate data collection of daily activities, supervises DSPs and employment specialist and coordinate activities of daily living of the individuals served. Candidate will also create and manage monthly activity calendar, formulate recreational activities, schedule and manage transportation pick ups and drop offs of the individuals served.
