Key Responsibilities Oversee daily construction activities on-site for highway and bridge projects Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards Manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely completion Provide leadership and direction to construction teams Coordinate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment Conduct regular site inspections to address any issues or compliance concerns Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project management Administer contracts and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Prepare progress reports and documentation for management review Implement best practices in construction methods and project management Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of super experience DOT or Bridge experience Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field Experience with Structural steel, structural concrete, earthwork, and excavation Benefits 100% healthcare coverage for you and your family Contribute a minimum of 10% into a pension plan (is a vesting period) End of year bonuses based on both company and individual performance Decent project backlog Email Your Resume In Word To Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
