Join a leading teaching hospital in the South Bronx as a ProjectManager overseeing capital construction projects up to $8M.Reporting to the Director of Planning, Design & Construction,you’ll manage projects from pre-construction to occupancy, ensuringquality, safety, and compliance in a fast-paced healthcareenvironment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of healthcareconstruction projects from RFP through closeout Lead projectplanning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contractoroversight Coordinate A/E teams, prepare Certificate of Need (CON)submissions, and liaise with hospital departments Ensure adherenceto ICRA protocols, infection control, safety standards, andregulatory compliance Conduct pre-bid walkthroughs, manage RFIs,review submittals, and oversee change orders Coordinate furnitureand finish selections, move-in logistics, and punch list resolutionMaintain organized project documentation and deliver consistentupdates to leadership and stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor’sdegree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred),Architecture, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering 4-15years’ U.S.-based experience (APM title for 4 years’ experience)Proficiency in MS Project, Bluebeam, and MS Office Strongorganizational, communication, and project coordination skills
