The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with specifications. The Construction Manager will be responsible for managing resources, schedules, and budgets while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans and schematics. Utilize software tools such as Civil 3D, Bluebeam, ProCore, HeavyBid, and Prolog for project scheduling and management. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Prepare and review contracts, ensuring all terms are met and documented. Coordinate project scheduling to optimize resource allocation and workflow. Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and solutions. Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process promptly. Requirements Proven experience in construction management or a related field. Proficiency in construction management software including Civil 3D, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, ProCore, and Prolog. Strong knowledge of project scheduling techniques and contract management. Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints effectively. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams on-site. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in construction environments. A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
