We are is a fast-scaling NYC real estate brokerage (residential + commercial), closing 30+ deals a month — but we need someone to step in and own the backend. You won’t be doing it alone — we already have a closings team in place: virtual assistants, junior closers, and support staff. What we need now is a closings leader — someone who’s worked volume in NYC before, knows how to move files across the finish line, and isn’t afraid to take real ownership. ⸻

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing all active residential + commercial applications
• Leading 2-3 support staff — assigning work, reviewing files, holding the line
• Auditing every deal: what’s missing, who’s responsible, what’s the holdup?
• Serving as the hub between agents, landlords, clients, and ops
• Keeping momentum high — deals live or die by response time in this business
• Making sure nothing falls through the cracks — ever ⸻ You’re Right for

Compensation:

• Weekly base pay $500-$750)to keep you secure
• 5% Commission on closed deals — earn more the more you push
