At Paul Davis, we help commercial building owners put their buildings back together after a traumatic event. A Commercial Reconstruction Project Manager works with property owners, managers and insurance adjusters after events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to commercial properties. You will supervise the renovation including hiring all of the subcontractors, managing the schedule, working with our designer and architects to spec and purchase materials as well as manage costs with the insurance provider. On smaller projects you may also supervise the work in the field through weekly site visits. Larger projects will have a Project Supervisor assigned. We are looking for individuals with a strong construction background who are comfortable being compensated on commission. This position requires significant computer skills to run our estimating and job tracking software. Experience as a General Contractor, Commercial Project Manager, or Retired owner of a subcontracting firm is preferred. Must have working knowledge of all Commercial building systems, specifically including framing, electrical, fire suppression, HVAC and plumbing. Experience creating estimates for projects and budgets for sub-contractors is a plus for this position. Familiarity with AIA contracts and working with architects, submittals, and sign-offs is preferred. The first year pay range is a split of base pay and commission and averages $95,000 to $130,000 depending on your production. There is no limit to your earning potential. This position includes a company vehicle, access to health, dental, vision and life insurance, 401k with matching, PTO time and paid holidays.
