The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a focus on HVAC, electrical and plumbing. This role requires excellent leadership skills, the ability to coordinate multiple teams, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of finish trades including but not limited to; scheduling and coordinating employee and subcontractors Coordinate with Remodeling Director and Project Managers to ensure project specifications are met. Conduct regular quality inspections and construction inspections to uphold safety standards and compliance. Oversee the construction site, ensuring that all work is performed according to plans and specifications. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports for management. Implement effective project management strategies to optimize resources and minimize delays. Recruit and hire internal employees and subcontractors to complete work. Experience Proven experience in construction management with a strong understanding of Mechanical trades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc) Demonstrated ability in quality control processes and construction inspection methodologies. Experience in project management techniques with a focus on delivering successful outcomes. Experience with Interior Remodeling Construction (Residential). Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflicts effectively. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
