Construction Corp is a certified general contractor based in New York, delivering high-quality residential, commercial, educational, and public projects since 2011. We are prequalified with major public agencies including the SCA, DDC, MTA, and PANYNJ. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to lead complex projects and mentor our growing team. Job Summary As a Project Manager (PM), you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relations while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments and is looking for growth into a senior leadership position. Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of 2-5 concurrent construction projects Manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables using MS Project or equivalent tools Maintain budgets, cost tracking, and reporting in coordination with accounting Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and agency inspectors Prepare and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily/weekly logs Ensure compliance with OSHA and site safety regulations Conduct regular site visits and team meetings to monitor progress Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and public agency representatives Mentor junior PMs and assistant project managers Identify process improvements and support company growth strategies Requirements Minimum 7-10 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction Experience with public agency projects (SCA, DDC, MTA, etc.) is strongly preferred Proficient in project scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera) and cost tracking systems (Procore, QuickBooks, or equivalent) Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to manage high-pressure situations and multiple stakeholders OSHA 30, PMP, or LEED certification is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred Join our team as a Construction Project Manager where you will play a critical role in building quality structures while leading a dedicated team of professionals. $94,483.00 – $130,000.00 per year
