Atlantic Ave, New York, NY 11216 NYC Department of Building’s Licensed Construction Superintendent job description: Part time: It will be your responsibility to visit our construction sites on a daily basis to ensure that the projects are conforming to proper safety code as per chapter 33.

YOU ARE YOUR OWN BOSS!

As long as you do your walk-throughs, fill out your log book to reflect field conditions, visit all your job sites everyday and communicate with Homecore, Ownership, and project management, you are in control. Its a unique system that our Supers love! Full time positions are also available A valid NYC Department of Building’s Superintendent License is required. Applicants must provide their NYC Department of Building’s Superintendent License # during the application process to confirm eligibility.
