We specialize in high-end commercial and retail interior build-outs in NYC. What you’ll do:
- Oversee daily site activities and subcontractors
- Enforce safety and quality standards
- Coordinate inspections and site logistics
- Maintain the project schedule and 2-week lookahead
- Communicate directly with clients and the project team What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of superintendent experience (commercial and retail interiors preferred)
- OSHA 62 certification
- Strong attention to detail and ability to hold trades accountable
- Solid carpentry background a plus
