We are currently looking to hire a Commercial Construction Foreman The Commercial Construction Foreman is responsible for coordinating and managing construction projects in their entirety. The role requires familiarity with all aspects of general contracting, coordinating material purchases and planning installation labor for a successful project.

Skills and Experience:

5+ years experience in Commercial Construction Ability to provide accurate estimates Effective team player, strong work ethic Ability to multitask, collaborate and lead cross-functional teams to meet tight deadlines and budgets, while maintaining a positive attitude Detail oriented, well organized, advanced time management skills, able to work independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills Safety conscientious- Working knowledge of OSHA safety requirements. Demonstrate ability to read and understand construction plans and blueprints Bilingual a plus !
